1. Data controller

2. Scope

This policy applies to the website panoramske-karte.si and to the Pan map mobile app for Android and iOS. It explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

3. Website

When you visit the website, we process the following data:

• Server log data: IP address, date and time of the visit, the page visited, browser and device type. We use this data to run and secure the website, based on our legitimate interest. We keep it for no more than 12 months.
• Analytics (Google Analytics): only with your consent, we use cookies to record which pages you visited, how long you stayed, your device type and approximate location (country, city). The data is processed on our behalf by Google Ireland Limited; any transfer to the USA takes place under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings. We keep this data for 14 months.
• Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. to remember your language and your cookie choice) and analytics cookies, which are only set after you consent.
• Communication: data you send us by email or phone (name, organisation, contact details and the content of your message) is used to reply and prepare an offer. We keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we do business together, for the periods required by accounting rules.

4. Pan map mobile app

The app requires no registration and does not collect your name, email address or location.

• Camera: the app uses your device’s camera to recognise the panoramic map on a board and display augmented-reality content. The image is processed in real time, on your device only. We do not store images or send them to a server. You grant camera access the first time you use the app and can revoke it at any time in your phone settings.
• Usage analytics: to improve the app, we collect usage data such as device type, operating system and version, app version, content opened, time of use and crash reports. This data does not contain your name or contact details. The analytics provider is Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited). We keep this data for 14 months.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We only share it with service providers who work on our behalf (website and server hosting, analytics), under a contract and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or where required by law.

6. Security

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, alteration and unauthorised access.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, object to processing and withdraw any consent you have given. Send your request to peter@panmap.si, including your contact details and the data your request relates to. We reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
