Map: Urban beekeeping in Jesenice
Where do the bees of Jesenice live? An A2 folded map for the Jesenice Adult Education Centre shows it on the panoramic map of the town: one side maps the apiaries, the other tells the story of bees and beekeeping.
The base is our panoramic map of Jesenice. We added the locations of the apiaries, from Planina pod Golico to Javorniški Rovt and Koroška Bela, so visitors can see at a glance where the bees live in the valley.
The other side of the folded map carries texts and photos about bees, beekeeping and bee products. We designed both sides and prepared the map for print.
